The numeric value of 3-11-2020 is 9 (3+1+1+2+0+2+0).

In Biblical numbers 9 means: divine completeness, or conveys the meaning of finality.

When we read the chapter on the opening of the seals, only the "Lamb", the Son of God was worthy to do so because he is both the Son of Man and the Son of God, who by sacrificing his earth life to redeem mankind was given the authority to judge mankind.  "What he opens no one can shut, and what he shuts no one can open." that certainly is the meaning of finality.

I feel like I should be on my face on the floor before Him right now.  Brothers and sisters we know what is coming and nothing can stop it.

The next seal is the Red Horse ... "When the Lamb opened the second seal, I heard the second living creature say, “Come!” Then another horse came out, a fiery red one. Its rider was given power to take peace from the earth and to make people kill each other. To him was given a large sword."    

Please note it specifically says "to make people kill each other"  the focus being on individuals more than nations.  The nations are aligning and preparing to go to war intending on massively winning with much destruction and death.  This is true.  Yet God sees our hearts and identifies "people" who will kill one another. 

This warning is for those who may be still "hooked" to your country, your politician, your origin of birth stories, your race, your gender, your sect and religion, your wounding, your anger, your ??? .  Those hooks will pull you away from the Son of God like what happened to Judas. We can not walk with Him and hate and kill.  The Son redeemed everyone, even our enemies and even those who will persecute and kill.  Let Him be the judge.  Let it go.  It's one way or the other.  Heaven or Hell.  Flee those things. Do not take up arms.  Do not participate.  Lay down your life now, give it to the Son of God completely.  Time is so short.  The peace is being taken away right now ... look at South Africa, and many other areas of Africa, Afghanistan, Middle east countries and many other areas in the world, and even what is happening to the USA.  It will be split in two, divided into civil chaos.

We are to patiently endure snatching those whom we can help from the fire by bringing them to the Son of God.
