This is from Tuesday. I love his analogy of the concert. While on one hand it is very ominous, on the other hand it is one of the most amazingly beautiful symphonies! We know it’s almost time for our wedding!

 

Lord God, I pray that people all over the world will wake up and realize time is growing shorter and shorter!

Quake Watchers

 

Aftershocks are still pounding in Haiti. People are afraid to go back inside damaged homes that could crumble further, so they are sleeping outside in the streets.

 

The death toll has soared to at least 1,941 confirmed deaths with at least 9,915 injured. These figures are expected to continue rising every day. Read the current figures in the News, Links, & Resources section of tonight's update.

 

Weird weather seems to be affecting many parts of the world. In tonight's links to What In the World is Happening - there is a lot of video clips to see. There was snow in South Africa, and a major forest fire blackening the sky on the outskirts of Jerusalem that has caused 10,000 people to be evacuated. Flooding dominates the news in many parts of the world.

 

If you've ever seen a concert with a live orchestra you will understand the parallels. Before the first song begins, the conductor steps to the podium and directs various sections to tune their instruments and play a few notes here and there to warm up. The sounds are somewhat random and chaotic. But you know when this happens that you're getting close to the start of the concert.

 

It's as if the LORD is warming up the earthquakes, cuing the wildfires, practicing the plagues, letting the famines and pestilences play a few bars, before the main show begins on the downbeat of his baton! Students of Bible prophecy will understand the illustration and discern the timing - it's almost time!
