It keeps coming to me that Almighty God has allowed this covid situation for very good reason. Anybody who "loved the world" before, has little left of that old world. No more freedom of movement. No more theatres, restaurants, clubs or bars. No mass sports events participation. Local businesses shut down and the world economy imploding. And we all know it's going to get worse. Those "lovers of the world" are being given every opportunity to see the rottenness which is the REAL world we live in. There is not much to love anymore. Rampant consumerism was the name of the game in 1st world countries. Rampant poverty and overt corruption in the 3rd world countries. Now - the overt corruption that was hidden so well in 1st world governments, is laid out for all to see. Rampant consumerism has taken a back seat to fear, anxiety, depression.


Almighty God is giving everybody time to fall out of love with the world and return to Him.
