John and Doves,
The following is an article highlighting the
pluses within the Carter Administration and also the minuses
which appeared this week in the Associated Press by Bill
Borrows August 19th, 2021.
This brief synopsis of Mr. Carter's political
life comes at a unique time in history....a time of major
global crisises rising up out of the sea of chaos.
I have in my hand a copy of the San Bernardino
Sun newspaper for the weekend of
March 15, 1991
"U S A Weekend" ;
the magazine edition with Mr. Carter on the
cover page.
The leading article is entitled,
"How Jimmy Will Save the World"...."He talks
war and peace with presidents and kings,
"and dreams of the day he'll be the world's
referee."
(from me :
none dare call it
' The Plan.')
He is pictured with a pillar.
Kings--when inaugurated--
were always pictured alongside of a
pillar,
which represented the covenant with God that
the king was making at this time of inauguration.
It was a vertical pillar between Heaven and
earth, and the king's reign was to be the bridge between him
and God.
King Joash:
2 Kings 11:14
2 Kings 23:3
2 Chronicles 23:13
However, in this Magazine article, Mr. Carter
is leaning ignobly on the pillar, not conforming to the
symbolic religious gesture.
It is rather more of the humanitarian pose of
a great thinker, looking downward to earth.
Mr. Carter has often been photographed with a
penchant for images and symbolism.
Joash was called 'the person who repaired the
Temple.'
As all of us know, Israel has the priesthood
and the implements of the next Temple ready to go. All they
are waiting for now is for the Messiah to come on the scene.
Jesus tells us in Matthew 24 :4,
" Let no man deceive you."
and also
2 Thessalonians 2: 4.
Paying attention,
Angela
