What is the name of blasphemy?

Revelation 13:1 And I stood upon the sand of the sea, and saw a beast rise up out of the sea, having seven heads and ten horns, and upon his horns ten crowns, and upon his heads the name of blasphemy.

It doesn't say, "a real bad name", or "the name of a real bad person", or "the name of the devil", or a name that is a cuss word, or the name of a blasphemous person, or even "a" name of blasphemy, but the actual name itself is blasphemy, it is said to be, "the name of blasphemy". So, is even saying the name an act of blasphemy? Is having the name also blasphemy?

There is not a different name in each of the seven heads, but, "the name of blasphemy", appears to be on all the heads.

     In contrast, the name of Jesus is different:

Acts 4:12 Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved.

Philippians 2:9 Wherefore God also hath highly exalted him, and given him a name which is above every name: 

Acts 3:16a  And his name through faith in his name hath made this man strong, whom ye see and know:

So what is it about the name in the beast's heads, that it is and of itself, the name of blasphemy?
