Is this why the plagues in the book of Revelation are so similar to the plagues in the book of Exodus?

Micah 7:15 According to the days of thy coming out of the land of Egypt will I shew unto him marvellous things.

Also, there are three pronouns in that scripture: "thy", "I", and "him".

"I" is the LORD, "thy" is Israel, but who is "him"?
