There is a common reaction to learning the truth as Jack Nicholson's famous line in the movie 'A Few Good Men' went, "You can't handle the truth!", and, that reaction is to first to reject it. It is natural to repel when offered truth that is contrary to our way of thinking. You can ignore it and move on or you can learn from it. Jesus said, "Seek and ye shall find," -(Matthew 7:7; Luke 11:9). My point is that not everyone can deal with the truth but if as Jesus says, "seek and you will find it". The problem is that sometimes people live in such a bubble that they are oblivious to the real truth, and their shocked when confronted with the truth.
I've been a truth-seeker for more than a half century. One day in 1958, at mail call, I received a letter from back home in McKeesport, PA. In it was a newspaper clipping from the 'Pittsburgh Press' about the fact the US had nuclear weapons in West Germany and my mother's letter was a mixture of concern and curiosity. I remember writing home and telling the family that the US military had nuclear weapons in West Germany since 1954 but we were not supposed to talk about it. I told my mom that my squad room was just two floors directly above the nuclear warhead room in the basement of the old German barracks we were billeted in and that the armory had 12 nuclear shells each with a 15-kiloton yield; peanuts by Russian and even US nuclear firepower today. Back in those days we were advised not to talk much about our mission and that outgoing mail was censored and anyone found to be telling too much would be in serious trouble. No one could really say for sure if our mail back was opened but none of us were about to test the CO's message to newly arriving replacements assigned to our unit.
The point of this is that truth is often compartmentalized. That fact not withstanding we all live under perceived truth or information that is not always accurate. My first post on "History Not Taught in the Public Schools" may have come as a shock to some of you. I stated that Americans pay a percentage of their income to Bank of England (40%) and the Vatican (60%). Of that, a portion that goes to the Rothschild's Bank of England, a cut also is disbursed to the Queen of England via the IRS and the IMF. The IRS is not a US government agency, but rather it is a agency of the International Monetary Fund, which in turn, is an agency of the United Nations.
When Karen Hudes revealed on several Internet interviews with alternative news sites, on two occasions she stated publicly that figure. Karen Hudes was a former World Bank attorney, and dismissed from the World Bank for questioning specific corrupt activities being run out of the World Bank. She has been waging a back-channel effort to expose the powers at be on matters of global banking and credit. Frankly, I am surprised that she has not been wacked because she points the finger at the Jesuit-controlled Vatican. The Jesuits are famous for their 'Cup of Borgia', a term to describe the poisoning of popes and those blocking their agenda. Karen Hudes has been open about the ties between the Rothschild's and the Jesuits and the Vatican.
In my first post on "History Not Taught in the Public Schools" I stated that taxpayer payments are deposited in an IMF Trust account in a Puerto Rican bank. This is not some so-called "wild claim" but a fact of history that little people such as ourselves live oblivious to throughout life. American citizens have been in financial servitude to the British Monarchy since the Treaty of 1783 and the War of (In)dependence. All taxpayers have an Individual Master File and are held liable for a tax via a treaty between the US and the UK, payable to the UK. Prior to 1991, the Business Master File in IRS form 6209 was even headed/printed U.S.-U.K.
In my initial post on this new topic, I gave the background on how it came that American citizens began paying an income tax known as the Victory Tax, during WWII, before most of you were born, and when the war was over the government continued to milk the cow that gave the milk without every questioning the fact that the Victory Tax had been rescinded; however, they just did not tell the American people, nor did the media of that day ever say or print a word about the ending of the income tax.
In sharing this history, the first Federal income tax in the USA occurred during the Civil War, through the passage of The Revenue Act of 1861: It consisted of a tax of 3% for those making between $600 and $10,000, and 5% for those making over $10,000. This income tax was repealed ten years later.
The US Supreme Court, however, ruled that the Federal income tax violated the US Constitution because it was a direct tax on individuals and not apportioned between the States, required by the Constitution. The Constitution protects individuals against the abuse of the Federal government power by stripping from the Federal government the power to tax individuals, knowing the power to tax is the power to destroy. But the Feds didn't let that stop them from getting around the Constitution.
So the Federal power-seekers sought to overrule our forefathers and to empower the Federal government (that is, our US Federal Corporation) with the power to tax individuals through the 16th Amendment. Many know that any passage of the 16th Amendment was dubious at best, and certainly criminal. In 1913, the same year that Rothschild/British interests steered through Congress the Federal Reserve System Act fraud on the eve before Christmas, the 16th Amendment was hatched. But the founders made changing the Constitution difficult, to say the least. One of the two ways to alter our founding document requires the any proposed Constitutional Amendment be ratified by three-fourths of the States.
Fraud and deceit were the hallmarks of this so-called "ratification" process. At the time there were 48 states. More than 13 states either did not ratify the 16th Amendment, or it was fraudulently reported by a State Secretary of State as being ratified, when it fact it was not. Now comes 'The Law That Never Was' (a good place to fact check me if you want to challenge my post). Bill Benson's primary web site is blocked/censored from view, but there are other links to Bill Benson and his 'The Law That Never Was'. Now get this, Ohio was counted as a ratifying State for the 16th Amendment, even though Ohio did not lawfully become a State until President Dwight D. Eisenhower signed an order in the early 1950's.
Mr. William Benson published back in 1985 his 2-volume work that proved the 16th Amendment was never ratified by the required 3/4's of the 48 states. Mr. Benson was a criminal investigator for the Illinois Department of Revenue, itself no less a corrupt state agency as well. 'World Net Daily' interviewed Bill Benson and the details of that interview is accessible on the Internet as well. Mr. Benson has been waging a twenty-year, virtually a one-man battle to expose the fraudulent history of the 16th Amendment. He and Joe Bannister, an ex-IRS 'special agent' blew the whistle on the fraud on C-Span years ago, but since the mainstream media colludes to keep important news from the public, few people know the truth. Do you watch C-Span? I know a lot of people but I don't know a single person that watches C-Span. I did before I dumped satellite and the cable to get my news elsewhere. C-Span failed to air the second scheduled interview of Bill Benson and Joe Bannister. Bill Benson's investigation revealed that not a single state ever ratified the 16th Amendment, not a one! To ratify the 16th Amendment in 1913 it would have required 36 states to ratify the papers for the Amendment. In the final analysis, if the process of adoption of the 16th Amendment had been subjected to strict legal scrutiny, the amendment would never have passed.
The reader can learn more about how the Federal government singled out Benson himself for not paying taxes and all that has happened since 1985 at Wikipedia under the title of 'The Law That Never Was'. This is truly one of those David/Goliath legal battles. One Federal court has passed on some of the fraudulent ratification issues (but no Federal court has passed on all of these fraudulent issues) and it has declared that it is enough for a Secretary of State to fraudulently report a ratification that in fact never occurred! Then the Federal court turned around and threatened attorneys that raised the illegal ratification issue with court fines if any dared raised the issue again - as if some cabal-stooge in a Secretary of State position can substitute his signature for the proper and legal ratification of an entire State. Federal judges who placate Globalists by tramping the Constitution will one day have hell to pay for, to be sure.
Even if the 16th Amendment had been legally passed, it does not change the Constitutional limitations which forbid any direct taxation of individuals. The ruling of (U.S. Supreme Court in Brushaber v. Union Pacific Rail Road Co. 240 US 1 (1916).) Nor did the 16th Amendment purport to overrule the prohibition on direct taxation elsewhere in our Constitution.
Like every nefarious encroachment by our government, the Federal government rolled it out slowly over time to acclimate the public to their society-destroying power-grabbing plans. The Fed's taxation of the people of the United States violates the protection our forefathers assured through our Constitution that historical document created solely to check out-of-control Federal government. The fact that the non-government IRS agency allows millions to ignore compliance with the bogus taxation speaks strongly that so long as they can buffalo and intimidate millions of others, they will forgo any prosecution to avoid the exposure somewhere in the media, some freedom-minded reporter that might drop a bomb of a story that would ignite a fire storm under the fraudulent 16th Amendment.
I was listening to an interview of Joe Bannister by Alex Jones on April 11th. The former IRS 'special agent' was on "live" for an hour. The interview on Alex Jones web site 'infowars.com' reminded me of the movie Aaron Russo produced, 'From Freedom to Fascism'. Aaron Russo is remembered for his movie "Trading Places" with Eddie Murphy and Dan Aykroyd, both known for their time on 'Saturday Night Live'. I believe it might have been a caller but someone mentioned the movie produced by Aaron Russo before his death to cancer. I'll mention it here for those not familiar with it. It can still be purchased or even watched free on the Internet. Just search on "Aaron Russo - Freedom to Fascism". It is a must view for those particularly interested in the truth about the government's deception and tyranny in bullying the American public into paying their so-called "fair share" income tax.
The USA needs more Karen Hudes, Bill Benson's, and Joe Bannister's to become whistle blowers. We have seen how the Obama administration has placed the Obamacare compliance issue to be dealt with by the IRS. Everyone associates the IRS with the government's enforcers and knows the mere mention of the IRS name invokes a sense of fear. I know that from personal experience. In my many secular jobs, one of the best rewarding one was as a sales representative for CCH, or Commerce Clearing House, the publisher of the US National Tax Guide. CCH publishes the IRS Tax Code, today in CD format, but when I sold for them many many years ago, they were called Tax Reporters, in removable heavy-duty binders. Every Fortune-1000 companies has what is known as a tax and law library for internal use. The typical corporate tax/law library is an office roughly 20'x40', lined with book shelves of law and tax books, reporter series, such as individual state tax reporters. Today, most of this data is now in CD media form. I made a great income selling to Corporations, law firms, tax firms, academic institutions, etc.
In the next post of this series I will touch on another area of truth that may cause you to flinch and may even give you a headache. But it really becomes truly incidental when you consider the real truth is the Lord Christ Jesus Himself, where He said, "I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me."
