"Feast of Weeks - 17th of July 2015 Part II"

"...He who sows the good seed is the Son of Man. The field is the world, the good seeds are the sons of the kingdom...the harvest is the end of the age, and the reapers are the angels." [Matt.13:37-39]

"You shall keep the Feast of Unleavened Bread...and the Feast of Harvest [Pentecost], the first-fruits of your labors which you have sown in the field..." [Exod.23:15,16]

We labor diligently to produce first-fruits in the World, in order to qualify for the redemption of our bodies on the Last Day of this age!

For the Lord promised to come again, at the end of this age, to redeem our bodies!

"...we also who have the first-fruits of the Spirit, even we ourselves groan within ourselves, eagerly waiting for the adoption, the redemption of our body." [Rom 8:23]

The Feast of Harvest could also be called the Feast of the end of the age!!!

The Lord said,

"...remember! I will be with you always, yes, even until the end of the age.” [Matt 28:20]

To paraphrase:

"...remember! I will be with you always, yes, even until the Feast of the end of the age.” [Matt 28:20]

It appears the Year [2015], the Month [July] and the very Date [17] of the Lord's Return, have been hidden in plain sight all along!!!

The Apostle Paul was quoting the Prophet Isaiah when he said:

"...then shall be brought to pass the saying that is written: “Death is swallowed up in victory." [1 Cor.15:54]

When we read the full passage in the book of Isaiah, we discover that death will be "swallowed up in victory" on the Day of the first-fruits at the Feast of Weeks [Pentecost]!

"Also on the Day of the first-fruits, when you bring a new grain offering to the Lord at your Feast of Weeks, you shall have a holy convocation." [Num.28:26]

First-fruits are all the good things we say and do to others, by the power of the Holy Spirit!

We must first produce first-fruits, and store them up within ourselves, if we're to experience the redemption of our bodies, when the Lord comes!

"...we also who have the first-fruits of the Spirit, even we ourselves groan within ourselves, eagerly waiting for the adoption, the redemption of our body." [Rom 8:23]

"And in this mountain The Lord of hosts will make for all people A feast of choice pieces, A feastof wines on the lees, Of fat things full of marrow,Of well-refined wines on the lees." [Isaiah 25:6]

Those on the "mountain" are referring to all those who directly approach the Lord Jesus Christ today, and worship Him as their Lord and God!

These are the only ones who are feasting on His flesh as "choice pieces" and His blood as "wines on the lees"

"Then Jesus said to them, “Most assuredly, I say to you, unless you eat the flesh of the Son of Man and drink His blood, you have no life in you. Whoever eats My flesh and drinks My blood has eternal life, and I will raise him up at the last day...He who eats My flesh and drinks My blood abides in Me, and I in him." [John 6:53,54,56]

Doing good to others from sincere love, according to the truths of faith, is how we feast on the Lord spiritually!

"So let us not grow weary of doing what is good; for if we don’t give up, we will in due time reap the harvest." [Gal.6:9]

"...don’t forget doing good and sharing with others, for with such sacrifices God is well pleased." [Heb.13:16]

"To those who seek glory, honor and immortality by perseverance in doing good, he will pay back eternal life." [Rom.2:7]

"...the hour is coming in which all who are in the graves will hear His voice and come forth—those who have done goodto the resurrection of life..." [John 5:28,29]

When the Lord Jesus Christ was on earth, He nourished Himself by doing good from the Father dwelling in Him! This was the Lord's food.

Why should this be any different for us who have the indwelling presence of the Holy Spirit?

"But He [Jesus] said to them, “I have food to eat of which you do not know.” Therefore the disciples said to one another, “Has anyone brought Him anything to eat?” Jesus said to them, “My food is to do the will of Him who sent Me, and to finish His work." [John 4:32-34]

"...God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Spirit and with power, who went about doing good...for God was with Him." [Acts 10:38]

The Feast of Weeks [Pentecost], this Year, falls on the 17th of July 2015.

"And He will destroy on this mountain The surface of the covering cast over all people, And the veil that is spread over all nations. He will swallow up death forever." [Isaiah 25:7,8]

The "surface of the covering cast over all people" and "the veil that is spread over all nations" is referring to our mortal corrupt bodies. These will be "swallowed up" or completely destroyed, when we receive our glorified bodies!

"We know that when the tent which houses us here on earth is torn down, we have a permanent building from God, a building not made by human hands, to house us in heaven. For in this tent, our earthly body, we groan with desire to have around us the home from heaven that will be ours. With this around us we will not be found naked. Yes, while we are in this body, we groan with the sense of being oppressed: it is not so much that we want to take something off, but rather to put something on over it; so that what must die may be swallowed up by the Life. Moreover, it is God who has prepared us for this very thing, and as a pledge He has given us his Spirit." [2 Cor.5:1-5]

"And the Lord God will wipe away tears from all faces; The rebuke of His people He will take away from all the earth; For the Lord has spoken." [Isaiah 25:8]

When the Lord gives us our glorified bodies, the tears we have shed privately before the Lord in prayer, over our constant struggles with sin in the flesh will end forever!

"And it will be said in that Day: “Behold, this is our God; We have waited for Him, and He will save us. This is the Lord; We have waited for Him; We will be glad and rejoice in His salvation." [Isaiah 25:9]

"That Day", I believe, is referring to the Day of the First-fruits, at the Feast of Weeks [Pentecost]!

This Year it falls on the 17th of July 2015[Day 29 Month 4 Year 6000].
