This series was borne out of the conviction that the rapture might happen
on Nov 8, 2006. The date has since past with no rapture but not without significance
as noted by a number of doves & Marilyn Agee (see links 1,
2, 3,
4, 5).
There is a good possibility that the rapture may still happen this year 40
days after Nov 8, 2006, on the second day of Hanukkah, Dec 17, 2006 (link
5) or even before the year
is over. Let us hope for the best. To this end, I have started another series,
RAPTURETTE
2.0, to explore the many clues that point to 2006.

Dear Doves,
I was supposed to compose an article on the Superstring and the rapture in Part 3 of the Rapture 2006 series. The article was a long time coming because I was inundated with a flood of new information thanks to Ian Mallett. Ian has a knack for sniffing out God's wonderful numbers in His creation and His Word. In view of the lateness of the hour, I have decided to write little chunks of rapture code in a brand new series called RAPTURETTE, a not so subtle attempt at copying Ian's NUMBERBITE. :)
Before we begin, a caveat is in order. I am not stating beyond the shadow of a doubt that the rapture will happen on the said date. If I am proven wrong again this time, I will still return to the drawing board and relook at the data because one day a perfect fit will present itself to those who seek. If the rapture happens on the speculated date, it is hoped that many will pay attention and not fall into the coming great deception.

2006 Transit of Mercury (Part 2)
On Wednesday, 2006 Nov 08, Mercury will transit the Sun for the first time since 2003. The transit or passage of a planet across the face of the Sun is a relatively rare occurrence. I believe this heavenly sign is sent from God to believers watching and waiting for the return of Jesus. Let the skeptics (mostly believers) continue to scoff, but let those with eyes to see and ears to hear sit up and take notice; for the day is not far off, even if the Nov 8th date proves to be a non-event.
The transit duration, 4h
58m, is possibly related to the Hebrew word for bridegroom,
chathan, whose gematria is 458

The number 298 is the Hebrew
gematria of charats,

(Strong's Numbers 2782), which means to determine. It appears three times
in the Book of Daniel (9:26, 27; 11:36) in the context of the Second Coming.
Its final gematria value is, will you believe it, also 1108
(chet 8 + resh 200 + tsaddi final 900)!
Thus, incredibly, the transit of Mercury on 11-8-2006, with a duration of 4h 58m or 298 minutes, suggests that Jesus the 'Bridegroom' (458) will come 'to determine' (298) how the world will end on Nov 8 [1108 final gematria values of chathan (458) & charats (298)].
The number 298 is an important number in Bible Numerics. In Ian Mallett's Numberbite #0011, "The Clustering Principle", he applied the principle to the first scripture, Genesis 1:1, and obtained a clustered value of 2296. Applying the principle a second time, the number 2296 clusters to 298 (2+296). Ian demonstrated that the link between the pair of clustered values, 298 & 2296, is the number 37 -- the key number of Genesis 1:1.

Do you think the Lord Jesus, the Creator of life, universe and everything,
is mischievious enough to hide the rapture date in the opening scripture of
His Magnum Opus, the Bible? I am not sure about you, but the God I serve is
"a God of gods, and a Lord of kings, and a revealer of secrets."
(Dan 2:47) He is not in the habit of casting pearls before swine for them
to trample under their feet. Seek, and ye shall find the secrets He conceals
everywhere, in Scripture, in the stars of heaven, nature or even mathematics
& all branches of human learning.
Here is one pearl in the Big Bang scripture: The sum of the pair of clustered
values, 298 & 2296,
is also the total number of minutes at 20:06
hours (1206 min) and 11:08 pm
(1388 min) !!!!!!!!
2594 = 298 + 2296 = 1206 [@20:06] + 1388 [@11:08 pm]
1388 = Greek gematria of LORD JESUS
The pair of clustered values of Genesis 1:1 points to the Gregorian date of the rapture, 11-08-2006! Maybe this is just pure coincidence. Maybe not. In Part 1 of this rapturette, we saw that the hour & minute totals of the transit times, 59 & 84, when concatenated, points precisely to the Hebrew date of the rapture: 5984 = 217 + 5767!
What if the Hebrew date of the rapture is also hidden in Genesis 1:1 just as its Gregorian counterpart? Once again, Ian's penetrating insights shed light on the matter. In his Numberbite #0010, "The R+ R- Concept", Ian took the gematria total of the first scripture, 2701 and its mirror, 1072, and performed on them the R+ & R- operations:

The Hebrew date of the rapture is revealed when the prime factor sums of the R+ & R- operations are multiplied together:
5984 = 217 + 5767 [Hebrew date of 11-08-2006]
5984 = 32 x 187 [R+ R- of Genesis 1:1]
If the transit duration alone could generate so much data on the rapture date,
what about the position angle (see Part
1)? Since Mercury is only 1/194 of the Sun's apparent diameter at the
time of the 2006 transit, as
seen from Earth, Mercury will appear as a small black dot silhouette in front
of the solar backdrop. An isosceles triangle may be drawn by joining the entry
& exit contact points Mercury makes with the Sun's circumference and the
center of the Sun. Significantly, the two isosceles angles are 26
deg each, pointing TWICE to the year 2006!
The number 26 is the Hebrew gematria of the awesome personal name of God, YHVH. It is a HUGE confirmation of the year 2006 in more ways than one. The two isosceles angles, 26+26, even confirm the month & day of the rapture date, Nov 8, since by subtracting them from the 1440 minutes in a day, the resultant difference, 1388, is the number of minutes at 11:08 pm! [1388 is the Greek gematria of LORD JESUS.]
The line that traces the transit of Mercury shown in the illutration above is inclined at an angle of 25 deg from the horizontal reference. Move the transit line upwards so that it becomes a radius of the Sun; this radius divides the reflex angle (angle greater than 180 deg) of the two radii formed by the two sides of the isosceles triangle into 26 + 206 deg! Is this not also pointing TWICE to the year 2006?
The transit radius forms an angle of 26 deg (year 2006) with one radius formed by one side of the isosceles triangle and an angle of 154 deg with the other radius. The number 154 is the number of minutes at 2:34 am -- the angel number! This is similar to the way the angel number 234 reveals 2006 on the face of a clock since at 20:06 hours the number of minutes, 1206, is 234 minutes shy of 1440 minutes in a day!
