Dear Doves,

I believe the Lord has laid it on my heart to share some of the wonders of His mathematics in small soundbites, or rather numberbites, to enable more believers to understand God's use of numbers and to encourage them to seek His hidden treasures. I am not a 'professor' in the accepted sense of the word but my dictionary says a professor is one who openly declares belief in certain doctrines. It is my heart's desire to teach God's children some of these hidden wonders and I hope that you Doves will find blessings and inspiration through these daily offerings.

The R+ R- Concept

The Hebrew gematria of Genesis 1:1 'IN the beginning God created the heaven and the earth' is 2701, the 37^th hexagonal number and equal to 37 times its digital reflection 73. When this figure 2701 is digitally reversed and added to itself, i.e. 2701 + 1072, the result is 3773. The result amazingly highlights the two prime factors of Genesis 1:1 (37 and 73) side by side. The phenomenon of a number being reversed and added to itself to give a result that digitally reproduces the prime factors of the original number is a feature unique to this Genesis 1:1 gematria value 2701. No other number does this. The difference between 2701 and its digital reversal, 2701 - 1072, is equal to 1629 or 3 x 3 x 181, the highest prime factor 181 being the 5^th figurate hexagram or star number. This is interesting because the prime factors 37 and 73 are also figurate star numbers, the 2^nd and 3^rd respectively.

This first verse of the Bible, through its mathematical phenomena, teaches us the principles of God's mathematics. The process of adding or subtracting a number to/from its mirror image is one of those principles as will be shown in this article. I use the symbols R+ and R- after a number to designate the process. 2701R+ means 2701 + 1072 and 2701R- means 2701 - 1072.

Now let us examine the gematria of Genesis 1:1 in English. With the exclusion of the first and only capitalized word 'IN' (AKJV) the remaining nine words have a gematria total of 2035 and, just as 2701 is geometric in that it is the 37^th hexagonal number, 2035 is the 37^th pentagonal number. 2035R+ is equal to 7337. Bearing in mind that both 2701 and 2035 are 37^th polygonal numbers and that the R+ results are 3773 and 7337 we begin to realize that this cannot be put down to chance occurrence. The average of these two principle numbers 2701 and 2035 in the Hebrew and English gematria of Genesis 1:1 is 2368, the Greek gematria of JESUS CHRIST surely confirming that He, the Wonderful Numberer, has placed this intricate numeric design in His word.

Moving on to the Greek gematria of JESUS CHRIST, 2368R+ is equal to 11,000 and 2368R- is equal to 6264. If the number 11,000 is divided by its highest prime factor 11, the result is 1,000, the cube of the triangular number 10 (10 x 10 x 10). Likewise, if 6264 is divided by its highest prime factor 29, the result is 216, the cube of the triangular number 6. There are only two pairs of numbers in the whole integer series of numbers having this property whereby both the R+ and R- results are equal to the cube of a triangular number times its highest prime factor and 2368 is the first of these four numbers making 2368 rather special! The two pairs are 2368/8632 and 4096/6904. The number 1,000 is the size of the Holy of Holies (10 cubits x 10 cubits x 10 cubits) and 216 is the value of the Hebrew word debir meaning Holy of Holies! Finally, the number 216 is also the Hebrew gematria value of PALMONI, the WONDERFUL NUMBERER!
