To the Five Doves,

Why does the prophesy of Daniel 9:25 have Jesus Christ coming before Jerusalem is rebuilt?  We know both from history and other places in the Bible that these two events actually happened in the opposite order.
 
And why are there two spans, a 7-week span and a 62-week span, when only the 69-week sum is ever needed?  Did something important happen at the time the 7-week span ended and the 62-week span began?  If so, nobody has ever come up with a good explanation for this.
