""The Biblical Theme of The Bride -20""

ALL Doves:

In this segment of "The Biblical Theme of The Bride" we look at the Bride and Groom as seen as the King and Queen.

Song of Solomon 3:10  - "Go forth, O ye daughters of Zion, and behold king Solomon with the crown wherewith his mother crowned him in the day of his espousal, and in the day of the gladness of his heart."

Isaiah 61:10  - "I will greatly rejoice in the LORD, my soul shall be joyful in my God; for he hath clothed me with the garments of salvation, he hath covered me with the robe of righteousness, as a bridegroom decketh himself with ornaments, and as a bride adorneth herself with her jewels."

Jeremiah 2:32  - "Can a maid forget her ornaments, or a bride her attire? yet my people have forgotten me days without number."

The Feast of Trumpets is known not only as the Wedding of the Messiah, but also the coronation of the Messiah.  The trumpet is blown to announce the coronation of a king.  And we will be kings and priests with the Lord Christ Jesus in Heaven.  As this theme shows, Christ Jesus' 1,000 year reign will begin with the Pre-Tribulation Rapture.  Thus, the "seven" year Tribulation and the 1,000 year reign start at the same time.

1st Kings 1:34  - "And let Zadok the priest and Nathan the prophet anoint him there king over Israel; and blow ye with the trumpet, and say, God save king Solomon."

1st Kings 1:39  - "And Zadok the priest took an horn of oil out of the tabernacle, and anointed Solomon.  And they blew the trumpet; and all the people said, God save king Solomon."

the coronation of the Lord Jesus Christ and his bride as kings happens in Revelation 4-5, after the Rapture in Revelation 4:1.

Revelation 4:2  - "And immediately I was in the spirit: and, behold, a throne was set in heaven, and one sat on the throne."

There are people in heaven at this time:

Revelation 5:3  - "And no man in heaven, nor in earth, neither under the earth, was able to open the book, neither to look thereon."

Revelation 5:10  - "And hast made us unto our God kings and priests: and we shall reign on the earth."

Revelation 5:12  - "Saying with a loud voice, Worthy is the Lamb that was slain to receive power, and riches, and wisdom, and strength, and honor, and glory, and blessing."

Daniel 7:9  - "I beheld till the thrones were cast down, and the Ancient of days did sit, whose garment was white as snow, and the hair of his head like the pure wool: his thrown was like the fiery flame, and his wheels as burning fire."

In the next segment of "The Biblical Theme of The Bride" we will look at the last step in this process.  I don't know if it has set into your mindset, but we are on the verge of a "translation" that will change us completely, inside and out.  As I see it, I have only lived 10% of my life according to the 1,000-year millennial reign.  I am so looking forward to a body free of pain life, and 20/20 vision.  The thought of receiving a new body with good legs and normal vision is reason enough for excitement in, and of, it self.

God Bless,

Pastor Bob
