Dear Doves,

 

Mat 24:27  For as the lightning cometh out of the east, and shineth even unto the west; so shall also the coming of the Son of man be.

Mat 24:28  For wheresoever the carcass is, there will the eagles be gathered together.

Mat 24:29  Immediately after the tribulation of those days shall the sun be darkened, and the moon shall not give her light, and the stars shall fall from heaven, and the powers of the heavens shall be shaken:

Mat 24:30  And then shall appear the sign of the Son of man in heaven: and then shall all the tribes of the earth mourn, and they shall see the Son of man coming in the clouds of heaven with power and great glory.

Mat 24:31  And he shall send his angels with a great sound of a trumpet, and they shall gather together his elect from the four winds, from one end of heaven to the other.

 

Is  it possible that the above scriptures are giving us an outline of the events that have to unfold before rapture? If there is that possibility then maybe comet Ison was fulfilling verse 27. Maybe then the gathering of world leaders today (10/12/2013) in South Africa is fulfilling verse 28 (i.e. if the world leaders are the eagles and the former RSA President’s body is the carcass). If the above scenario is a reasonable guess, then the next event should be the sun be darkened (i.e. verse 29) followed by verse 30 and then verse 31.

 

On another issue I have written about the number 1072 previously and the other day it came to my attention that when these numbers are re-arranged they give 2017!!

 

NB: The above is just my thought as I have been reflecting on the exciting days that we are in.

 

Let us keep watching for the Lord’s coming and praying that He should find us worthy to escape the dark times.
